How Long Will Repairs Take?

The time it takes to fix your vehicle will depend entirely on the situation, repairs necessary, and availability of parts. However, with your free estimate we will provide you an approximation of how long we believe it will take.

Do I Need An Appointment?

If you wish to come in on a Saturday you will need to make an appointment. If you want to come in Monday through Friday an appointment is not necessary but encouraged.

Do You Work With Insurance Companies?

Yes! We will work with your Insurance provider to make the repair process go as smoothly as possible.

What Will I Drive In The Meantime?

At Rick’s we go above and beyond to give you the best experience possible. That’s why we provide free loaner vehicles to our customers!

Are My Repairs Warrantied?

Absolutely! We have a lifetime workmanship warranty on repairs made to your vehicle.
